We are Nourishyam- your well-being place! We look at Health holistically and accordingly offer sustainable, easy to follow Nutrition & Fitness plans, working on long term habit building and not only short term weight loss.

Our way of work is scientific, research-based so as not to compromise on health parameters, and so as to gain health as you lose weight, bringing in simple lifestyle changes through our expertise for the past 9 years in Meal Subscriptions, Diet Planning, Yoga, Mindfulness, Fitness Plans etc.

Our Meal Subscription Plans are a well-curated balance of Taste and Nutrition, with varied & nutrient dense ingredients that include Seasonal Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Diverse Legumes & Grains, Proteins, Homemade Dressings to bring out the perfect grain-green-protein blend so aptly we call them Brahma Bowls

We also serve a range of menu from Millets, Keto, Brown rice Bowls, Guilt-free desserts, Fasting Menu, Vegetable Juices, Smoothies and much more..

Our Yoga & MIndfulness Sessions focus on Fitness & overall Well-Being, Flexibility, Strength through Asanas, Suryanamaskar & Variations, Rope, Wall & Chair Yoga, Pranayam, Dhyan etc.

We also offer Yoga Therapy for Pain Management

Our Diet Plans work with keeping intact your Energy Levels, Hormonal Health, Robust Metabolism and ensuring you maintain a healthy weight in the long term, is what we primarily focus upon.

How We Work

  • OPTION 2: In case you plan to step on a more dedicated Fitness Journey:
  • Based on your diet history, food choices, likings etc. We suggest a meal plan and / or exercise plan, so that it can be followed for a long time.
  • We share a detailed form to be filled about your diet & lifestyle history
  • We accordingly tailor-make a customized plan, mostly with what you are already eating and cooking at home
  • We also deliver homelike healthy food on some / all days of the week as per your preference
  • Weekly Follow-Ups and Monitoring is done, and we resolve any queries on call / whatsapp on a daily basis.
  • We also conduct Yoga / HIIT Fitness Sessions, which you can join as a part of this program.
